   I sort of understood that I need lots of information to work with in order to not get distracted while working. I have all the symptoms of ADD and, although I don't think it's a disorder (I think it's just part of personality), I have to deal with it.  So I'm now trying to adapt my work to my behaviour in order to be more productive. I do indeed get distracted/bored quite easily.
