Bellow you can see an illustration I did for an illustration workshop last year. First I did the study with a Wacom tablet and then I finished it with acrylics. 

I love these workshops: the competitive nature of academic studies does not exist there, there is just the passion for learning... It makes everything so much more creative!

Este sábado irá inaugurar em Pirescoxe uma exposição colectiva com trabalhos da área da ilustração. Participei com originais dos 2 livros que ilustrei e 4 trabalhos de outros projectos mais pequenos de outros trabalhos freelance que vou fazendo. Deixo embaixo uma imagem de uma ilustração que fiz no ano passado num workshop de ilustração do CIEAM leccionado pelo Richard Câmara (não está na exposição porque sou cabeça no ar e nem me lembrei dela). Comecei por fazer o estudo a tablet e acabei no tradicional.
Adoro aprender e estes workshops, como não têm qualquer tipo de natureza competitiva, são sempre o máximo para ainda ter mais vontade de criar.
